    The staff was very helpful. Special mention goes to Ian, the assistant manager, who has excellent customer service. Breakfast is excellent as well as the location. Highly recommended.

    It suited our purpose in being central to lots of facilities and reasonable price. Staff very helpful and friendly, the 3rd floor restaurant was excellent.

    No fridge and no safe definate musts in our opion.

    Everything was terrible! The bathroom door opened into the outside door and actually hit the door hinge. The bathtub was small, no fan in the bathroom for after the shower. The thermostat at 60 and the room was still warm. The pool and both tubs were non functioning it was WAY TO EXPENSIVE for a stay without an on site pool or hot tub. No wifi or breakfast. Total and complete rip off and to top it off hotel staff wouldn't let me check out early

    The room was very nice, the staff were excellent, and the pancakes in the morning were very tasty.

    The only reason I paid $230 for one night was the location, I feel that's a little steep. Also, I wish there had been free WiFi in the room or at least had the fee for WiFi included in the price.
